The Crystal Method takes the very best of the original track and emphasizes these pieces, artfully crafting another enjoyable remix. The third track is another great track, "The Grid". First one is the intense, dubstep-heavy remix of "Derezzed" by The Glitch Mob, then the second track "Fall" by M83 vs Big Black Delta, which mixes the original track with intense electronic synths, banging bass and unique style of M83. There are excellent remixes that justify buying this album. The rest of the remixes range from average to very good, as some are just typical bangers that introduce nothing original (severely disappointing Teddybears remix of "Adagio for Tron") and the others show a much better quality than the others. In fact, there are some remixes that feel uninspired and unoriginal, such us the mediocre Kaskade re-work of "Rinzler" and club-friendly, soft remix of "Derezzed" by Avicii, which turns the excellent original track into something mellow and almost dreadful. The tracklist includes some well-known artists, but it doesn't mean all of the remixes are great. Those people should check out Tron Legacy: Reconfigured, a collection of fifteen electronic tracks, that make the soundtrack loud and danceable.
